Avijeh Palayesh Company focuses its activities on the design and engineering (using the EPC method) of systems for turbidity removal, ultrafiltration (UF), brine treatment, seawater desalination, and the recovery and reuse of water and wastewater within its field of expertise. The company has successfully executed projects in areas such as water desalination, zero liquid discharge systems (MLD/ZLD), electrodialysis (EDI) and electrodialysis reversal (EDR) processes, as well as emergency water supply and water treatment systems for ships, offshore oil and gas platforms, and both surface and subsurface vessels.
Avijeh Palayesh is recognized as a manufacturer of PW, HPW, WFI, PS units, and as a designer of water distribution systems for clean rooms in loop configurations. The company is also known for constructing water storage tanks and pharmaceutical production facilities adhering to GMP requirements and USP and BP standards, with comprehensive validation documentation (DQ, OQ, IQ). Additionally, the company has successfully completed CIP and SIP system designs for projects, including those for Jaber Ben Hayyan Pharmaceutical, Pars Darou, Kimidaro, and Tamad Pharmaceutical Raw Materials.
The company’s investment division is involved in the construction of desalination plants and wastewater treatment plants under BOO, BOT, ROT, and buy-back contracts. Furthermore, the company has experience in the design and construction of conventional treatment plants, clarifiers, pulsators, settlers, rapid and slow mixers, classifiers, and skimmers. In the wastewater sector, the company has completed successful projects in the design and construction of concrete sewage systems, as well as metal package systems using methods such as activated sludge, extended aeration, MBR, MBBR, DAF, SBR, EFAS, and RBC.
Moreover, Avijeh Palayesh has the capability to design water and wastewater treatment systems, as well as oil and industrial wastewater treatment systems, considering specific analyses for the design and construction of pilot-scale treatment units for both water and wastewater in laboratory sizes.
